7.14 равноправно-национальный режим (equal and national treatment): Режим, предоставляемый продукции (3.3) или процессам из других стран, который является не менее благоприятным, чем режим, предоставляемый аналогичной продукции или процессам национального происхождения или продукции или процессам из других стран в сравнимой ситуации.
Примечание - Общее выражение «результат оценки соответствия» используется в 7.4 - 7.9 для обозначения продукции (3.3) при любом виде деятельности по оценке соответствия (например, отчет или сертификат) и может включать в себя вывод о несоответствии.
